Sand to Chip

From quartz sand to a finished chip, in short units of a few slides and a quiz. Follow silicon from raw sand through the cleanroom, the layer-building tools, lithography, doping, and the back-end that wires a transistor into a working chip, then through yield, packaging, and test, to the industry that builds and ships it.
